公會人數下降以及RAID BOX 規範化的相關討論 的, pop

我想近3個星期的RAID大家也會感覺到RW人數下降了不少..嚴格來說大概流失了8-10位MAIN CHAR戰力
CLE 的人數我想差不多已掉到最低點 (LK 大概可以BOX 4隻CLE...+ MAIN　1-2 位左右）沒有cle 基本上很多raid也會變得很困難
我想今晚的BD raid大家會感受到人數不足的情況下會倍感困難，以目前的戰力評評。我們的ＲＡＩＤ目前最缺的class及人數大概如下：

1 war : 2-3 位 （amedous 似乎已rare　pop ,sen 的pop 不穩定，bodo　ＰＯＰ也不多且甚少tank T3boss，目前是拿sk當tank)

2 cle:2-3位　(main heal char又常上線的只有1-2位。。目前ＢＯＸ　ＣＬＥ除ＬＫ外就只有jajabing 跟rezer)

3 shm : 1位 (main char　只有一位。。目前box shm有smaster)

要打完ＶＯＡ　Ｔ１　與　Ｔ２　大概約４０人左右。。但Ｔ３則最少４５人才有可能試推，以目前人員流失的情況來看。。
若無太大的改善。。極有可能因人數不足而被卡在Ｔ２。。。

我想是時候要不要討論將ＢＯＸ　ＣＨＡＲ規範化
基本上以不影響ＲＡＩＤ為前題

１　統計一下能ＢＯＸ　ＣＨＡＲ的玩家
２　定下ＲＡＩＤ　ＢＯＸ的最低ＨＰ／ＭＡＮＡ／ＡＡ要求
３　鼓勵會員應公會ＲＡＩＤ的需要ＢＯＸ　指定的ＣＬＡＳＳ出來支援ＲＡＩＤ


Ｔ３　的ＯＳＥＫＡ　與　ＲＴ　本來就是ＢＯＸ　不容易，不過在別無選擇的情況下也只有多作嘗試，不然打不出進度人數下降是無可避免。。。不然就是視ＲＷ的人數作活動調整。。。

it seems that the numbers of our raider drop down so fast in these few weeks
i afraid that it become more difficult to keep T3 raid in future
so i think its time to disccuss how to set up the rules for  box char to support our raid
in future:

i thin the key class we need for our raid are:

1  war (aound 2-3 as some of main war become rarepop these day)
2  cle (aound 2-3  only 1-2 main cle and others all box char but we still lack of heal !)
3  shm ( only 1 main shm and we have 1 box shm in raid)

so what we can do is to make a clear rules for box char to support our raid:

1  make a list for box char in raid
2  set a  minimum requiremnt (hp/mana/aa) for box char in raid
3  encourage members to box the char that our raid need in raid

of course box char wont affect the benefit of main char, what we did just to keep our raid can continue and run smoothly ...of course its hard to box char in T3 raid but we have no choice as our rw keep less pop when trying oseka or RT...

box raid in T3 is hard but we need to try or we just raid end if raider no enough .

i forget to mention one of benefit about box char
that is............to keep our rw enough char for cover for T4!!!
of course we need to get 18 win for T3 if we cant pass oseka and RT

sadly to say,even we fail to pass in both T3 before the expansion release in Nov or DEC
we can still keep enough chars to continue farming min gears to prepare for the next expansive.

let me make a simple calculation about box char
in our guild, i find that not less than 8 members can box for exp
therefore, if we can set a box char armies to back up our raid
therefore we can sure we can continue our raid until next exp release

in my memories,if guild fail to run raid few times because of low raider
it will make a big drop for the rw and cause the raid cancel at the end

FOR oseka and RT raid, i suggest that Offier can make a discuss with NCM officer
not just get their advise but invite them to support our raid
it seems that they can pass T3 in short time (new record is pass BD+RT+COB in one night)
As NCM also have same time zone player ,we can try to invite them to support our raid
of course it wont be their main char and just their box/alt ,but who care if they meet the
requirement for hp/mana? As VOA raid can get raid coins it should be a attract point for them to join...

If our raider afraid to CR and depop for T3 raid, we need to find a way to recover it !

軍官可以考慮一下與NCM 談一下RAID的合作計劃,老實講NCM應該有不少玩家也跟RF是同時區的(而RF亦有一些會友其實亦有另一帳號參加NCM 的RAID) 我們當然不可能要求別人的MAIN CHAR參加公會的T3 RAID
但可以試談一下ALT/BOX CHAR的可能性...他們未必能提供大量的支持..但8-10個REAL CHAR的力量不可看輕,再者只要能符合HP/MANA 的要求下其實又何妨?

在RAID COINS的利誘下應該會有一定吸引力..LOOT當然也可以談不過前題是他們要提供相當的人力支援
在擁有相當戰力跟經驗的RAIDER下,我們的勝算才有可能大幅提高



我們的RAIDER 怕了無盡的CR 因而選擇在兩個T3 RAID DEPOP,那麼RL 不是想法子克服的話就只有眼巴巴看別人貼爽貼CONG T3 T4 CLEAR了
