i think u can consider use the budget to buy power Cpu or SSD...
SSD can help u zone in and loading fast..
But i think CPU more imporatnt than SSD...
if u dont buy SSD and use 200 US to buy cpu..u can choose the AMD 8-core cpu..

Black Edition in AMD seems OC unlocked? (if my memory is right...)
i think its no need to OC to play EQ...also OC is harmful to computer..just buy a powa CPU
