This is issue raised to me few days ago, i have no idea about ranger spells, but i guess rk3 bulls eye is the key?
trying to find a solution!

there would be many , but...it makes no difference while wizards are parsing 100k dps!!!!

Yes, I need 1.

currently using and only able to get:
Bullseye Discipline Rk. II
1: Increase Archery Skill Check by 20%
2: Increase Archery Damage Modifier by 174%

Rk.3
Bullseye Discipline Rk. III
1: Increase Archery Skill Check by 21%
2: Increase Archery Damage Modifier by 183%

Thus, overall abt 9% increase in Archery damage.
