RL should announce Raid target early raider, game, question, helpful, always

i always hear the same question before raid day ...
[we have raid tonight ? what is our target?]

the anncoucement in game always late [MOTO always change when we call raid around 7:30-8:00]
it will more better if we can change MOTO before raid day[ if we raid friday ,we can annouce in Thursday Moto]



so, raider will know what will we do in coming raid and prepare for raid

easy but helpful to ensure more raider will pop on time
