Just a quick one. If we have a member joining a raid but is app/followe or low lvl and he need to leave due to next target difficulty or main pop and need make room. Please can we let them know why they are getting kicked from the raid before kicking them. Just maybe help some newer members undersand why it happen. Otherwise can make them feel unwelcome or sometimes think they maybe did something wrong.
Only a minor thing i know but i feel can help people feel more comfortable with raids and not get upset and unsure why booted from raid.

its very unpolite if just kicked someone from rw without saying anything
i suggest RL can use tell and announce in /rs to let raider know ...
of course if just remove box char...then its simple...just do it is ok
if its a main char raider...RL should let him know(use tell) why he need to kick out from
zone (eg /tell yuma iam sorry we are full rw now and we need more dps/heal in raid
so we need u sit out until rw have slot..we will count you in raid for dkp..sorry and thx a lot
for your co-operation)
we should care more for raider and iam sure they will grow up and contribute to guild in
