I am sorry that you are having issues adding a credit card to your account. We are looking into the issue and hope to have it resolved. For right now I have added membership time onto your Everquest account!

I am sorry that you are having billing issues when trying to buy the new expansion pack for Everquest. I have removed the credit cards from your account as we talked about. Please wait until tomorrow and try to add the credit card as a payment source once. if it doesn't work please contact us right away so we can look into this for you!
