I always hated Crystal Caverns. Hard to navigate around, not much worth doing in it. The typical under utilized mid level zone. This new version isn’t bad though. The raid is fairly interesting. Drop a rock on Danela’s head to change her back to killable form. Sounds easy right? Well it is, and it isn’t. Boulders dropping seem to miss unless the placement is perfect. We missed her so many times, I began to feel like Wile E. Coyote trying to drop a 10 ton ACME weight on the road runner. The best laid plans and all that. We dropped so many boulders, it caused a tsunami off Odus. Zuula would have been sad if he hadn’t already killed everyone for the slaughter achievement. Anyway, we managed to drop enough to get her changed back each time, and that was it. Crystal Caverns : Danela’s Stand down to Echoes in Eternity! |
