experience to share, your experience too:
1.  yes , KT can be slowed.  Keep it slowed, help alot as its a long time offtank job.  
2.  Banner place, I will change the banner to opposite side.  yesterday, it was too close to Lord Yel.  NOt too safe( see 3)
3.  did we got several time 100k AE last night?  I saw my group hp suddenly down to 10-20%? This shouldn't be  Dragon normal directional AE (20k +-)?  please confirm
4. Shard team, any problem doing shard?  report your experience anything we can improve?
5. Regarding dragon directional AE,  should we let Tank adjust the position?
6. When crystal almost reach 75, 50, 15%,  all melee should move back near Dain tank position.  Only leave ranger, SK/MT ready to target named

7.  Dain Group (  you may have to split one healer and one tank) to back up KT group after 15% Dain is dead.
8. Ranger Add group?  any thing to share?
