Imporant- A few changes to the existing rules one, only, currently, difficult, effective

1. Main Vote system
As you may notice, we only have about 13 members currently with DKP 46+ ( including one alt and one app as of last night).  Getting 10votes out of only 11-12people who is able to vote is rather difficult;  it no longer serves its original intend.  We are changing to a ratio system of (2/3 vs. 1/3) for main vote ( effective as of 12/10/2012), which means in order to become main one needs at least 67% of "Yes" vote ( vice-visa... no more than 33% of "No" vote).  

有关转Main vote:现在只有13人DKP 46+ 还包括一个alt一个刚刚转main的app. 考虑到人数（符合投票条件的）的不足. Main 投票改为比率制，67%vs. 33% (立即生效）.  转main成功需要不少于67%的"Yes"，不多于33%的"No".

2. New follower/app/main requirement
As the new expansion is alive now (new lvls, new content ect.)  The requirement for follower/app/main status will be updated in the following weeks(should be sooner than this) once we get some solid grasp of what we are facing in terms of raid content.  Each officer is given some work to do.  I will "force" them to open an open discussion thread here where you can voice your suggestions before anything is set in stone.
