我很奇怪为什么会有如此多的raid main 同意更换raid main，流毒无穷的人情票？，此例一开 ，大家效仿的话， rf可以不用去尝试T3 raid了 。

I am very surprised why there is so much raid main agreed to change raid main  ,votes of  endless poison , this becomes a precedent ,so rf do not  need  to  try T3 RAID.

我搞不懂了，rf觉得我不能转main，直接拒绝不就是了？我mage不想玩了，想玩个nec都能搞那么多议论出来？real faith是不是管得太多了？

别把自己看太重了，我们只是用你这个事来弥补公会规则而已。你爱玩什么谁能强迫你 ， 你愿不愿raid 也没人能强迫你， 如果你要raid ， raid 就是合作 ， 你就要承认彼此 。

可以看出来，有的会员会切实公会实际情况发表一些建设性的建议  ，有的会员长时间没raid也抽出他们宝贵的时间回来发表一些见解，有的会员则努力尝试着侮辱我、激怒我....

而我，我接受了各种人，喜爱的，面无表情的，讨厌的，恶心的。只要他们都是eq的爱好者，只要他们接受RF的raid 规则，他们就可以在一起raid。惩处对raid 有害的行为，奖励对raid 积极的行为。

而我，我终归只是一个凡人，只是一个eq的爱好者而已，我没有旷世才华，我没能预先做出一个完美的制度，我没能轻而易举带领RF冲破T3，我没能做出任何一个让所有会员都满意的抉择（或许我宣布我将不再负责公会的管理事务的时候可以让大家都满意），我没能.....

而我，我还得在此时继续下去....

我可以说明一下为什么需要这个投票 ，这可以让我看到更多的观点，让我在后补的规则上更加完善 。

Important-Voting Proposal 2
1. Agree 15-1 = 14 (1 invalid votes)
2. Disagree 11-1 = 10 (1 invalid votes)
3. Others 2

Post-meeting rules:

1, at least one serving RL consent.
2, at least 10 raid main (46 + Earned DKP) support.
3, shall not be more than half of the raid main (46 + Earned DKP) against
4, shall not be more than half of the working-RL opposition.
5, the original main char reduced to alt.
6, new main char start from follow.
7, a special case: if some raider change main char for our raid(identified by RL), change to an urgent need class , so they  can choose to keep the original Earned dkp and Spent dkp.but new main char start from follow.

Note: raid main referred to above are raid main (46 + Earned DKP).


The processing results:
mists reduced alt
mistz promoted to follow
mistz 's Earned dkp clean to 0 in alt rank.

后补规则：

2、至少10 raid main(46+Earned DKP) 支持。
3、不得超过半数的raid main (46+Earned DKP)反对
4、不得超过半数的在职RL反对。
5、原main char降为alt。
6、新main char从follow开始。
7、特例：如果是有些raider愿意为公会raid需求（由RL认定），而更换raid急需的职业，可以选择保留原有Earned dkp和Spent dkp，但还是从follow开始。

注明：以上所指的raid main 均为 raid main (46+Earned DKP)。
