After discussion with War CL and all Rls

We are temporary suspending new apps for the following classes: warrior, SK and Rangers until the current number of main/app decreases. This will not effect current active Main/APP+one special case, Darkstevenx(follower).

和几位cl和rl商量后决定：工会暂时停止收录war, sk, ranger raid app. 此决定不会影响现役 war, sk, ranger (main和 app).

Darkstevenx也例外，不会受此限制。

上述classes有意转main者，please contact sexybeast
