just curious to find out, why is MPG 6/6 and DON T5 resist AA a must for Apps in RF?

we have make a big discussion  about these app requirement  and make a vote at last
the result is more members support that follower should finish mpg and DoN T5 to get app rank

so we need to obey the guild rule
