important things need to discuss before ROF release

few things should discuss and make an announcement to raider when ROF release
1 ROF loot dkp
suggestion: T1 raid loot should be around VOA T3-T4 level...but it has good focus than VOA.so loot dkp should higher
than VOA T3 and near VOA T4. if VOA T3 loot dkp =10 and T4 dkp=12 . u can set ROF T1 loot around 15-16
then T2 raid loot will be set on 20-25dkp .i have no idea on it. but u should consider our dkp list first when setting the
item dkp...of course if we can run NTOV raid in short time....it will help us to burn dkp and encourage more ppl join raid .
dont forget to tell our raider they can [in with T1 ]when they call T2 armor in future..it can encourage them for burning [because T1 hp/mana may near VOA T3...just lose focus...so some raider may wait until T2]
2 ROF spell list
suggestion: we should make a call list first ,let some key class get spell first : 1 cle [lv97 with hp buff] 2 shm[lv96 with hp short buff] 3 dru ..let healer get some important spell first...then follow the rule to let raider get spell.
i suggest use dkp call and it is more fair and effecient for raid [let more pop raider get key spell first!]
anyway...u need to let raider know what u plan in ROF
3 raid plan
suggestion: seems we are focus on RT raid . i think we will pass soon and start oseka in short time.
however ,when we start Ntov raid. we will spend long time to get the dragon [may be we will get 1-2 dragon only at the begin .but its ok! let raider know we have new raid and new loot then more raider will pop!]
RT and oseka takes a long time to run before we pass it..so i sugesst use 1 day to finish BD+ VOL + sarth...
and use 2 days to try ROF and VOA T3
thursday[if we change raid day]: BD+VOL +SARTH
friday : NTOV > RT/OSEKA
SUNDAY NTOV>RT/OSEKA
ntov raid can attract more ppl join raid. we can use 1-2Hours run raid. then move back to VOA T3...
oseka will be more easy for us as we can get lv100 this time..RT still need to do better for emote run
after we can sure we can take enough loot from NTOV....then we can conside move out VOA T2 from our raid list..
[actucally T2 gear just for new raider and alt/box atm but we still need to run these raid because we dont have enough gears for new raider upgrade]
when we pass VOA T3 in future...we can start our plan on VOAT4 [COB/PILLAR]...
4 raid aug call list
start the raid aug call list again and let our tank upgrade first...it is important for ROF raid!
