Regarding Mists/Mistz issue alt, nec, already, instead, change

Nov.25th Sarith raid, I saw mists( the mag ) in raid instead of Mistz(the nec)

We already have vote agree Mists change main char to Mistz, why he still use alt come raid instead of main char?

Or RF allow you use alt join raid but not main if your main char is full on loot?

And for Nov.25th raid, Raid leader said remove alt at beginning.

So if Mists is alt, why he not removed?

If this case is allowed,
Then everyone is  suppose to use their alt 1 2 3 4 to join raid, and /A to get coins, no bid and no dkp is not a problem.

simply say...
its a special case only..
and RL have right to allow raider use special class to support raid
of course it will better if mist use his nec join T2 first (nec is main char)
then use mag to support RT raid [RL allow raider use alt char to support raid in some
special raid)

actually it wont break down the raid rule but can say in RS to let raider know
why raider use alt char but not his main in raid next time

1. regarding the above source, i dont know where did you get that from :)  but any other sources other than the official notice given here is INVALID...      

2. Mists was a guest in raid, was invited by me yesterday...  he will remain be to a guest if our raid has room and RL on duty thinks his char can benefit the raid until his application to change main has been first evaluated, then voted to reach the final conclusion.

3. if you are  concerned about the well being of RF, please consider app to join Real Faith.  Or even apply for an officer position once you carry a RF full member tag.

真是奇了怪了。我mage和nec换来换去，全公会的人都有资格来指责我，就是轮不到泥巴你这个偷偷开另外小号来蹭装备的人，居然还有脸来抢占道德高地。
master只不过对几个raid表现不达标的人稍有微词你就跳出来指责人家哪根葱，那我现在劝你去把自己对master说的话翻出来看看，知行合一！
不要动不动就把qq群里面LK的话贴出来，我们都知道lk是你上面的人，不然像你这种被开除然后过两个月又屁颠屁颠回来继续该干嘛干嘛的奇葩事件我这辈子都没机会看到。LK是rf的o之一，RL之一，但不是rf的整个管理层。

本来不想和你这种人多费口舌，不过既然kaku为我出头了，做人不能不厚道的让朋友顶缸。想阿凯这种无条件为你付出的朋友还是多珍惜珍惜，别拉着他投了我nec no后转眼又再qq群里把他卖出来当做炫耀资本（当然，你拿来炫耀卖的朋友可远不止那么多）。可惜kaku一切都只肯按规矩来，对我不肯义无返顾啊，伤心。

最后说正经的，我在nec和mage之前换来换去确有不妥之处，我道歉，但无不良初衷，在正式的决定出台前，我暂时用mage以匿名方式来raid，不要dkp，不bid，如果公会不同意我转回来，只要rl同意我参加，我仍愿意无dkp无bid来参加raid，不求装备。

其實ROF 的開放正是RF重整戰力的好機會
(前幾個月由於各種原因令RF 卡在進度 快3個月..令不少老會員RARE POP)
難得看到不少新知舊友回來一起玩
何必要苦苦相迫呢?

MISTS 在會內是比較熱心分享又在RAID有很好技術的玩家
當初轉NEC 的時候我也是支持的
畢竟大原則是...DKP是自己的
雖說換來換去也會浪費公會的資源
但始終是個人決定
只要有專心玩好自己的人物,在RAID中好好表現就好了

單是此點,我認為MISTS是絕對做到的

至於MISTS 希望換回MAG 的問題
還是一樣...遵重其個人決定
況且現在投出的時機我覺得是合適的
畢竟ROF RAID還未開始,亦未有LOOT
這時候投出總比大量的LOOT出現後才說希望玩回MAG更好吧

而在RAID 的戰略上考慮下
MISTS 以MAG 為重心亦比較好
MAG 在RAID可擔當的角色較NEC為多..
而MISTS 將來亦可以CL 的身份分配MAG的工作

以RAID為第一考慮
我覺得MISTS的申請亦無不可

至於,MISTS 以MAG 參與VOA 的RAID
從LOG 中可以看到是有得到RL(LK) 同意
以RF 公會的規定
RL 是有權給予任何人使用那個人物參加RAID的權力
硬要說法規的話
MISTS也沒有犯什麼錯

至於MISTS MAIN 的最終決定...
就讓RL 跟O 互相討論再作決定吧

事情可以很簡單..
何必非要攪得這樣複雜呢?

转main需由RL同意，级别降为app或者alt，并且正DKP清0，负DKP转到新char。

对公会有益的转换，如转成Clr等稀缺key class，可以由RL批准带正DKP转。

转main 从 follower 做起，dkp从0起。 负dkp 不许转。近30天raid 出勤必须达到一定比例（60% 如何？）

对工会有益且批准的可以带dkp 转 为原main级别。

个人意见：
职业转换必须官员同意，并公告，负分的必须还清才可以转换，转换后的角色重新考核。
有益转换，比如稀缺职业的转换，如果可以考核达标，应该再进行奖励
