Regarding Nibbst/Victors Incident (English Version) alt, his, identity, English, several

During the past couple weeks, several members have raised suspicions that guild member Nibbst was using his alt wizard(Victors after a name change) to join several raids as a new app and failed to discloseits alt status.


Per their suspicions, RF officer team hasdone some thorough investigation, and RL Nemo/LK has indeed confirmed the validity of such case. Here is our stand toward behavior of such nature:
RF does not tolerate any behavior that conceals the identity of an alt/box and attempt to join raid/to earn inappropriated DKP and looting rights. Hence,the officer team has issued the following penalty to the parties involved:


1. Erase Nibbst all Earned DKP, guild remove Victors as well as DKP record
2. Erase Dakura one month DKP, and remove officer status due to HR negligence
3. Erase Titalike one month DKP, and remove officer status due to HR negligence *for the time being, Titalike will still hold officer statue as his work currently cannot be replaced.

Anyone can list how this punishment made? Which officers involved?
Now a days over 70% players in RF are from mainland China, you guys use skype which most mainland players dont use to make the punishment discuss , and the punishment is according to someone is playind Diablo 3 for over one month's suggestion. This is disrespect to most mainland players

I know at least Guild leader Nemo/lkl (only participle after 11:30pm,because he was calling me till 11:30pm and the meeting start from 10pm that means you only inform LKL the result)， raid leader skofaz War CL senuvas Dru CL Civvvvv,Enc CL Brett, Sham CL Hamoray ,DKP recorder Enids ,HR officer Dakura not participle in this meeting,  how you call this is made after ‘Careful consideration' ? Round table meeting or corner meeting?A joke

Please provide the evidence
